The physical plant, 5 staff training records, 4 children's records (reviewed 5 but one child was no longer in care), medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed arriving to care, participating in individual and group activities. Hand-washing procedures were also observed.
