T. A. was discussed concerning allergy action plans and paperwork.

Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 10:20 a.m. until 12:25 p.m. at the center on 10/25/17 and from 9:50 a.m. until 10: 45 at the main office on 10/30/17 to review six staff records. There were 34 children in care children in care with staff supervising at times. The children were observed being loaded onto the buses to go to the library, playing with manipulatives, and washing hands for lunch. Five children?s records were reviewed.
