Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 3, 2017. There were 43 children present with six staff members in three classrooms. The children were observed having lunch which consisted of chicken, potatoes, rolls, grapes and milk. The children were also observed listening to a story, having an outside snack, playing in centers and drawing Fall theme pictures. One medication was reviewed during this inspection. Five children's records were reviewed during the inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A
Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the center was not able to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on November 3, 2017, the fire inspection report for the facility expired and was dated 9/26/16.

Plan of Correction: Fire Marshall has been contacted with regards to scheduling the inspection.
