An unannounced inspection from 10:30 AM to 5:50 PM, in conjunction with a licensing monitoring inspection, was for the purpose of investigating a complaint regarding the following standards: 40-E; 250-A; and 340-A. After completion of observations of the daily routines, a review of written policies and procedures, and interviews with staff, it was determined that the complaint was not valid and there were no related violations.
