Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 11:35 AM and ending at 12:55 PM. There were sixty school aged children in care of six staff during the inspection. The school aged children were observed eating lunch which consisted of Crispy chicken patty with lettuce and pickles or sun-butter sandwich with cheese stick and crackers, baked beans, orange slices, and milk. The children were also observed creating Albert Einstein hand puppets. Six children?s records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lock-down drill was documented as September 27, 2017. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as September 27, 2017. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as October 18, 2017. The most recent fire inspection was documented as November 29, 2017. The most recent health inspection was documented as January 26, 2017.
