Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 4 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program located on site at Forest Grove Elementary school, in Sterling, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 32 children with 2 staff; for this one group of children. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. A percentage of all staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the PRCS main office. The children were engaged in the following: roll, announcements, freeplay, games, art, centers within the room, bathroom break, hand washing, homework time, snack, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
