A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 7, 2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspection, 27 school age children were directly supervised by 2 staff and ratios were in compliance. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 5 staff records. Medications were inspected and included all necessary forms. Children were observed during arrival and check-in, dating their packed lunches, participating in various tabletop activities before leaving for their field trip. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in medication administration, CPR and First Aid, as well as daily health observation training. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.
The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
