Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 24 children present with 2 staff. Children were observed entering the program area, placing their belongings in their individual bins and sitting down for an attendance call by staff. A total of 5 children's records were reviewed, observation of the programming area, observation of hand washing procedures and snack time was made. Snack today was fresh apples and milk with water as alternative. Proper sanitizing of the tables after snack was observed. All medications on site were reviewed and authorizations and dates of medications were complete. MAT (medication administration training) training and first aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office. This inspection began at 2pm and ended at 3:15pm Thank you for your cooperation today.
