An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:30am-8:30am. At the time of inspection, 11 school age children were directly supervised by 2 staff and ratios were in compliance. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 3 staff records including: First Aid, CPR, and Virginia Pre Service Training certificates. Children were observed during arrival and being checked in by staff, engaged in group games (risk and checkers), and doing a creative knitting project. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
