An announced inspection was made to the Thunderbird YMCA to review staff records for the Chester YMCA site. The inspection started at 11:00 a. m. and concluded at 4:30 p. m.

Description: Based on review of staff records the center did not have all required training in place. Evidence: On 11/17/17, staff #1 did not have current certification in CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
