Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at the facility on November 28, 2017, from approximately 2:00pm -3:15pm. Upon the entrance there were 10 children with 3 staff. The Licensing Inspector observed children napping, getting up from nap and being picked up by parents. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children records and 5 staff records. No medication is given at the center presently. Exit interview was conducted with Administrator .

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-450-A
Description: Based on observation , the licensee did not ensure the cots had a top cover and bottom cover or a one-piece covering that is open on three edges. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on November 28, 2017, 6 of 10 cots had a top cover, 1 of 10 cots had a bottom cover and 2 of 10 children did not have a top or bottom cover.
