Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/21/17 from 9:45 am until 12:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 46 children were in care with 10 staff. The sample size consisted of five staff's records and five children's records. Children and staff were observed during free indoor play, working on an art project, outdoor play, diaper changing, bathroom break, hand washing, lunch preparations, pick-up, lunch, transitions, behavioral guidance, and nap. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice.
If you have questions or concerns contact the licensing inspector at (540) 292-5933 for further assistance.
