Technical Assistance:
Background check and serious injury reporting were reviewed.

Comments:
Two licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 2:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. There were 44 infants and children in care with staff supervising at all times. The director was also present. The children were observed napping and being comforted by staff. The center was getting ready to conduct an announced evacuation drill. The inside and and the outside including the playground was inspected. Five staff and five children?s records were reviewed. Medications were reviewed. The violation from the previous inspection was reviewed and had been corrected. If you have any questions, please contact your licensing inspector at 276-698-9981. Thank you for your cooperation.
