Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 2:15pm and 4:00pm. I observed 50 children directly supervised by 3 staff members. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed arriving to the program, washing hands, eating snack, taking turns to answer the trivia question of the day, talking about projects to give back to the community, and playing in the gym area. Today snack consisted of CapriSun Fruit Punch and Baked Cheddar Goldfish. Staff were actively engaged with the children and assisting them with tasks as needed. The cafeteria was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and adequately supplied with equipment and supplies. Medication management was in compliance. Required staff training documents were on-site. Emergency preparedness supplies in order. Required documents posted. Record keeping was in compliance. There were no violations observed during today's inspection. Questions about this inspection may be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
