Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. Observed 95 children directly supervised by 17 staff members. A sample of 10 children's records and 10 staff records were reviewed. The children were engaged in various activities, to include: hand washing, circle time, art & craft projects, outdoor play time, and free play. No violations were cited during today's inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the Director. Inspection conducted from approximately 10:15am to 11:25am.
