Clarified medication authorizations for over the counter and prescription medications.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 31 children present with 2 staff. Children were observed entering the program, placing their belongings in their designated bins and lining up to wash hands before snack. Snack today was honey buns and juice. Children were in both small and large groups completing homework, drawing and using glue sticks to make snowman crafts. Children were discussing the weather and anticipation of snow this winter. Table top activities today consisted of checkers, card games, drawing and snowman art. A total of 10 children's records and MAT, CPR/First Aid, Daily Health and emergency contacts. Note: Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Ashburn, Virginia. Any observed standards found to be out of compliance would be cited in a violation notice issued at that time. This inspection began at 2:10pm and ended 3:40pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Evidence: Child #1 and #2's proof of identity documentation did not include the staff's name and date of the review. Plan of Correction: This is done in the administrative office, we will relay this information to them.
