Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 12:50pm through 3:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 55 children in care with nine staff. Children present ranged in age from 3months to four years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including nap restroom routines, outside play and snack. One violation regarding preservice training was cited and appears on the violation notice. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
