Reviewed all current and upcoming changes to background check procedures. All future information regarding background checks will only be communicated via email. Fingerprinting background check results should be sent directly to the designated on-site contact person.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 62 children in care, with a total of 8 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. Children's records, staff records, staff training documentation, emergency preparedness items, and the physical plant were inspected today. The children were observed painting pictures, creating Christmas gifts, engaging in creative classroom activities, listening to stories, and preparing for half day dismissal. This inspection was completed between approximately 9:35am and 11:30 am. Thank you for meeting with me today.
