The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from approximately 12:00PM until 2:00 PM to check if violations from the previous inspection were corrected. The following ratios were observed with a total of 63 children present during the inspection: Infants: 10 children with 3 staff Toddlers: 10 children with 1 staff (naptime) Discovery Preschool (Twos): 16 children with 1 staff (naptime) Preschool: 20 children with 1 staff (naptime) Pre-K - 7 children with 1 staff (naptime) School age children were not present during the inspection. During the inspection, the licensing inspector observed infants being fed by staff. Infants were sitting in feeding chairs, playing on the floor with children, having their diapers changed and sleeping in cribs. The remaining children were observed resting at naptime. During the inspection, three children's records and three staff records were reviewed.
