Discussed completing reference documentation- items required. Discussed educational/experience components for lead staff.
An unannounced inspection was conducted today. There were 24 children present with 6 staff. The children were engaged in activities and the program is preparing for Holiday event on Friday. Staff files, emergency plans, emergency drills, and records were checked. There are 3staff with MAT but no children enrolled with medication. All staff are First Aid/CPR certified and staff have Daily Health Screening. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-A Description: Based on interviews and record review the Program has not updated staff training requirement and emergency preparedness plan review. Evidence: 1. The Plan is complete but has not been updated in over a year and reviewed with staff. Plan of Correction: We will in the next staff meeting.
