Inspector spoke with Director about attendance sheets during this inspection.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/13/17 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 29 toddler to preschool aged children in care with 8 staff members and 1 administrator. Children were observed participating in nap, instructional time in the classroom, indoor play, snack, transitioning between activities, and toileting and hand washing. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
