Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. There were 78 children in care being supervised by 16 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play, eating lunch, and preparing for lunch. Lunch served today is chicken salad on bun, applesauce, cucumber salad and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five medication's were reviewed and in compliance. There are currently four staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 11/3/17 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 7/28/2017.
