An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 11, 2017 from approximately 1:00 pm to 2:40 pm. Three staff were present with seventeen children. Children were observed eating lunch and napping. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed for three staff.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-450-D Description: Based on observation, facility did not ensure when pillows are used they are covered with pillow cases. Evidence: On December 11, 2017, Licensing Inspector observed three children napping on cots with pillows that were not covered with pillow cases. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
