An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 19, 2018. The director was present for the inspection. In the Infant/Toddler Room there were 8 children with 2 staff. These included 2 two year old children and 6 infants. The older children were eating their lunch and the younger infants were either being held and fed, or were in a high chair. The Preschool Room there were 15 children, ages three to four years, with 2 staff. The children were eating lunch and then got ready for nap. School age children were not present. Five children's files and 2 staff files were reviewed. There were no medications being administered. Emergency drills had been documented. Inspection began: 11:30 Inspection ended: 1:15
