A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on January 19, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The director was present. There were 8 children with 2 staff in the Infant/Toddler Room, and 15 children with 2 staff in the Preschool Room. School age children were not present. Five children's files and 2 staff files were reviewed. One child was enrolled with an allergy action plan. Emergency drills had been conducted and were documented. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Inspection began: 11:30 Inspection ended: 1:15
