Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 9 2018 between 3:15pm and 4:30pm. There are 21 children in the direct care of 2 staff members. Children were observed completing homework, working on art and drawing projects, washing hands, and having snack( juice and cookies). Staff were observed to be consistently engaged with the children. Description: Based on record review, 1 of 5 children's records reviewed did not contain all of the required information. Evidence: Child # 2 does not have two emergency contacts that are different than parental contacts.

Plan of Correction: I will speak with the paretnt and make corrections today.
