Comments:
45 Children were in care during the inspection. The age range of the children was four months to eight years old. Children were observed during group time, snack and free play. Six staff were current in MAT. Six children and staff records were reviewed. Inspection time 3:00pm-6:00pm

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-210-A
Description: Based on review of six staff records not all meet program leader qualifications. Staff A,B and C did not have documentation of education or experience to meet program leader.

Plan of Correction: We will give all staff the trainings and document their education.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-370-5
Description: Based on review of daily infant sheet and interview with staff tummy time for infants is not being documented. Evidence: none of the younger infants had documented tummy time.

Plan of Correction: We will remind all staff to record tummy time on the infants daily sheets.
