The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 4 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program located on site at Mountain View Elementary school near the town of Purcellville, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 25 children with 3 staff; good ratio for this one group. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were previously reviewed through the PRCS main office in Ashburn. The children were engaged in the following: bathroom break, hand washing, games, reading, group science project, snack (pastry with juice), and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
