An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:35 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. There were forty-eight children present during the inspection. The children?s ages ranged between three months through five years old. The children were observed during free play, making art projects, and playing with play dough. Diaper changing procedures were observed. Ten children?s records and five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 01/24/2018. The most recent shelter in place drill was documented as 12/22/2017. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 9/19/2017.The most recent health inspection was documented as 10/3/2017. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-032-A Description: Based on review of documentation and staff interview, the provider did not completed all emergency practice drills as required. Evidence: There was no documentation of a lock down drill being conducted by the center Plan of Correction: The center will conduct a practice lockdown drill as soon as possible and document it.
