Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/2/18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 12:30 PM and departed at 3:30 PM. Upon arrival of the inspector, nineteen children were in care with three staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based upon review of the facility's evacuation procedures, the facility has not ensured that the evacuation procedures include procedures to reunify children with parents are authorized persons to pick up following an actual emergency evacuation. Evidence: The facility's evacuation procedures provided did not include procedures to reunify children with parents are authorized persons to pick up following an actual emergency evacuation.

Plan of Correction: The facility responded with the following: Reunification procedures will be added to the evacuation procedures.

Description: Based upon review of the facility's shelter-in-place procedures, the facility has not ensured that the shelter-in-place procedures include procedures to reunify children with parents are authorized persons to pick up following an actual emergency evacuation. Evidence: The facility's shelter-in-place procedures provided did not include procedures to reunify children with parents are authorized persons to pick up following an actual emergency.
