Notification to the department of an injury requiring outside medical treatment discussed.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 02/06/2018 from 10:10am - 12:25pm. A monitoring inspection was additionally conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of the tour 22 children were observed with four staff. The children in care ranged in age from infant - five years. Morning program time, lunch and nap was observed. Records were reviewed for four staff and seven children.
