The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from noon until 1:30 p.m. at the center and at the main office from 2:30-3:30 p.m. There were 29 infants and children in care with staff supervising at all times. The cook and a family service worker were also present. The infants were observed napping, having a diaper change, and being fed. Children were observed playing at the designated inside play area, playing outside, having a bathroom break and washing hands, and napping. Five children?s records and five staff records were reviewed. One medication and the corresponding paperwork was reviewed.
