A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/20/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection took place from 1:20pm-3:30pm. 39 children were in the care of 5 staff present. Children were observed during naptime, handwashing, snack time, and various group activities. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Please contact me if you have any questions at Ivaco.Clarke@dss.virginia.gov or 571-835-5505.
