An unannounced SHSI monitoring inspection was conducted today, 2/16/18. There are 15 children in care ranging in age 15 months to 4 years with eight staff available. The children were having lunch and observed during nap time. Hand washing and table sanitizing was also observed. Five children and staff files reviewed for compliance. Inspection began: 10:10 am ended 1:00 pm approximately.
