Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today with the Infant room teacher/Administative staff. Thirty seven children were present with 7 staff providing supervision. Arrival time: 10:50 am Departure time 3:45 pm

Violations:
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-2
Description: Based on a review of six staff files and an interview with Administrative staff, it was determined that one staff did not have first aid certification within 30 days of employment. Evidence: Staff A was hired on 1/12/18 and does not have first aid certification.

Plan of Correction: We will have staff A obtain first aid and CPR certification.
