Technical Assistance:
Consultation provided on lock down procedures and written plan for reunification for evacuations and shelter in place situations. You will need to conduct lock down drills annually.

Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the owner/director. Forty-eight children were present with six staff. Two children had food allergies. The subsidy requirements were reviewed, Arrival time: 3 pm Departure time: 5: 05 pm

Description: Based on a review of record keeping for two children with diagnosed food allergies, it was determined that one child did not have a written allergy care plan with instructions from a physician regarding the steps to be taken in the even of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: Child A is allergic to peanuts and there was no written allergy plan.

Plan of Correction: We will get an allergy plan from the doctor.
