Consultation provided on lock down procedures and written plan for reunification for evacuations and shelter in place situations. You will need to conduct lock down drills annually.
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the owner/director. Forty-eight children were present with six staff. Two children had food allergies. The subsidy requirements were reviewed, Arrival time: 3 pm Departure time: 5: 05 pm
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on a review of record keeping for two children with diagnosed food allergies, it was determined that one child did not have a written allergy care plan with instructions from a physician regarding the steps to be taken in the even of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: Child A is allergic to peanuts and there was no written allergy plan. Plan of Correction: We will get an allergy plan from the doctor.
