Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 10 am through 1:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the Building Blocks II Day School located in Falls Church, Virginia. At the start of this announced initial inspection there were no children in care. The center has enough space for a total capacity of 53. An ample supply of age appropriate toys and equipment was located on site for the children to utilize. A total of 4 toilets, 1 urinal, and 6 sinks were observed. The center has also expressed the desire to become involved with the subsidy program. As already noted, due to this center being under its own LLC, separate background checks will need to be obtained for any staff member transferring from an existing center. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
