- Technical Assistance:
During the inspection, the licensing representative discussed with staff emergency medications and trainings.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:40pm-6:00pm. At the time of entrance, 44 children were in care of 4 staff members present. Children were observed during homework, snack time, board games, and group activities in the gym. A selection of 4 staff and 5 children records, medications and other documents were reviewed.
