A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on March 2, 2018, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At arrival to the facility, three staff were present with 23 children. Additional staff arrived during the inspection for administrative and support purposes. Licensing inspector arrived at 12:53pm and departed at 4:00pm. Additional staff arrived for support and administrative purposes. Children were observed resting and playing freely. Five children's records and five staff record were reviewed on this date. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-004-F Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the vendor did not post, with parental approval, or keep in a way that is immediately accessible to staff, a current list of all children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. Evidence: The record for Child #4 was reviewed and the center had not posted all of that child's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. Plan of Correction: The information was posted during the inspection.
