Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted a monitoring inspection on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from approximately 10:30AM to 11:45AM to follow-up on the submitted Intensive Plan of Correction. During the inspection, the licensing inspector observed the following ratios: Infants: 11 children with 3 staff Toddlers: 9 children with 2 staff Twos: 12 staff with 2 staff Threes: 18 children with 2 staff Fours: - 10 children with 2 staff School age children were not present during the inspection. During the inspection, the children were observed sorting animals, playing in centers, building with blocks, playing outside, sleeping in cribs, having their diapers changed and being fed. The center was found to be in compliance with their Intensive Plan of Correction. Checklists were reviewed and have been completed.
