VENDSUB-000 STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

During the inspection, the licensing representative discussed with administrator the need to practice the facility's lockdown procedures by May 2018 - which will mark one year of signing the subsidy vendor agreement [per Administrator].
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 3/9/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection took place from 1:30pm-3:30pm. 18 children were in the care of 3 staff present. Inspector reviewed medications, 2 staff records, 2 children's records, evacuation drills and other documents. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-005-B Description: Based on a review of records, the daily attendance did not document the arrival of children as it occurred. Evidence: At the time of inspection, 18 children were observed in care; however, 17 children were noted on the daily attendance. Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
