Upon the inspector's arrival children were seated at the tables for snack. Children provide their own meals which were labeled with their names and today's date. As children finished snack they washed their hands and then gathered on the carpet with books. One staff reviewed information about rocks and minerals and caves that they had talked about earlier. Then children worked as a team to build a cave with two table clothes, four chairs and some blocks. Later children colored a leprechaun and made leprechaun traps out of blocks in hopes of catching a leprechaun tomorrow. Children explained how their trap worked to staff.
