Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a self-reported incident regarding the forbidden action of physical punishment. The inspection was conducted with the center director and regional director beginning at 12:05 PM and ending at 1:30 PM. Two staff interviews, a review of documentation, and classroom observation were conducted. One staff interview was conducted on March 12, 2018. An exit meeting was conducted on March 13, 2018. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
