Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 20, 2018. There were 42 children present with seven staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative, volunteer and support purposes. The children were observed napping and/or resting quietly on their cots and reading books. Five children's records and two medications were reviewed during the inspection. Five injury reports were reviewed. The outdoor play area was not inspected due to inclement weather.

Description: Based on review and inspection of the facility, the center did not maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills for one year. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on March 20, 2018, the center had not maintained a record of the dates of the practice drills from the previous school year.

Plan of Correction: Each teacher will take responsibility and keep copies from the previous year.
