An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm. There were 76 children in care being supervised by 12 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play, eating lunch, and preparing for nap. Lunch served today is pizza, green beans, peaches, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Eight staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Nine medications were reviewed and in compliance. There are currently seven staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. An Allergy List was posted in each classroom for children enrolled with food allergies. Allergy action plans were reviewed for children enrolled with food allergies. The most recent Lock Down drill and shelter in place drill were conducted 03/16/2018.
