An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 3:35 PM and ending at 5:45 PM. There were forty-four school age children in care of four staff during the inspection. The children were observed cleaning up after making edible fire trucks. The children were also observed playing with scooter boards, balls, and hula hoops in the gym. Ten children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 3/27/18. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/8/17. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/16/18. The most recent health inspection was documented as 5/1/17. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 12/14/18.
