63.2 Child Abuse and Neglect

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 3childnre present with 2 staff. 2 staff and 3 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and play dough, washing hands eating lunch and preparing for rest. Emergency escape drills, first aid supplies, age appropriate activities and labeled lunch boxes are all in compliance. Description: Based upon a review of records, children's records have not been updated annually. Evidence: 2 of 3 records reviewed had not been updated. Child 1 - record is dated 10/16/15 Child 2 - record is dated 10/16/15

Plan of Correction: I will print out the most recent information for the parent's signature tonight.
