Technical Assistance:
We talked about outdoor supervision procedures. Also, we discussed your schedule for first aid/CPR instruction and resources for training.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 11:15 AM to 3:15 PM. Today, there were one-hundred and nine school age children with eight to ten staff. The children were present for all day hours of operation during spring break. Staff reported up to twelve children have received supervised activities with two staff before school and around thirty-eight children have been with four to five staff after school. I viewed program activities, daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, posted information, injury reports, emergency supplies and drill records, emergency planning, agency inspections, nutrition, lunch, ten records for children, staff training records for eleven staff, equipment, medication, indoor and outdoor areas. The children have enjoyed active play outside and in the gym. Games, table activities and a variety of art and craft activities have been available. Staff provided appropriate supervision in the halls during transitions. No violations observed during this inspection. This program has maintained substantial compliance with minimum standards. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
