Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed the relationship between protocol and maintaining great customer service relationships with administrator.

Comments:
An investigation was conducted 2/12/2018 from approximately 10am-11am regarding a complaint regarding physical plant. Interviews were conducted, documentation was reviewed and the complaint was deemed invalid, as the preponderance of evidence did not support the complaint.
